cc6m9 Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and cc6m9 ("we," "our," or "the platform") and apply to every aspect of your use of cc6m9, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game play, and interactions with our support team.

By registering an account on cc6m9, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, or simply using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. You may hold only one account on cc6m9. If it is discovered that you hold more than one account — including through the use of different personal details, device identifiers, or payment methods — all accounts linked to you will be suspended, all bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be subject to review and withholding.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and never sharing it with any third party
• Ensuring that no one under 21 has access to your device while you are logged in to cc6m9
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices after each session
• Notifying cc6m9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Your account details — including registered name, date of birth, and email address — cannot be changed after verification without going through our account update process, which requires supporting documentation. This is to protect you from unauthorised changes to your account.

All funds held on cc6m9 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). cc6m9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed at the platform level. While we work to maintain platform uptime, security, and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and third-party infrastructure issues can affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, cc6m9 will not be liable for:

• Loss of profit, winnings, or opportunity arising from platform downtime or interruption
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software provider issues, provided cc6m9 takes reasonable remedial action

Nothing in these Terms limits cc6m9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your cc6m9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

cc6m9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity
• A player has provided false registration information
• A player has violated any provision of these Terms
• A player is found to have been ineligible to register under Section 2
• A player's pattern of activity presents an unacceptable risk under our responsible gaming obligations

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cc6m9 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline to the registered email address within 5 business days. Real-money balances will be held securely during the investigation period.

cc6m9 may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — cc6m9 will also notify you by email to your registered address and via an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of cc6m9 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using cc6m9 and may close your account before the effective date to receive a refund of any real-money balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of cc6m9 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

cc6m9 operates under a licence and authorisation issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved through cc6m9's internal complaint process may be escalated to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channel.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with any applicable Philippine law, that specific provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to bring it into compliance, while the remaining Terms continue in full force and effect.

If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, or if you need to raise a complaint, our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our support team, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to support@cc6m9.app marked "Formal Complaint." We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you have the right to escalate to PAGCOR through its regulatory complaints process.
